Denise has worked with LAI for over seven years as a customers service representative and partner, helping to create long-lasting relationships with clients, underwriters and service representatives. She is responsible for a variety of office duties related to the acquisition and retention of accounts.

Before working in the insurance industry, Denise ran her own interior design business, Innovative Designs by Denise, cultivating a love for communicating with people of all types. Denise studied Interior Design at the University of Indiana, where she was on the Deans list. She also attended the University of Michigan, Saint Mary's and Notre Dame.

Other interests include running - she is an accomplished marathon runner with her sights set on New York in 2010; gardening, decorating and spending time with her husband, children and grandchildren.
